Text Messaging Consent RoyalCare is committed to protecting the privacy of text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This data is collected solely for the purpose of communicating with individuals who have explicitly opted in. RoyalCare does not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties under any circumstances.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information Personal information is retained for a minimum of 10 years after service discontinuation, or longer as required by law. Records for minors are retained until the individual reaches the age of majority plus 10 years. After the retention period, all personal information is securely destroyed.
